Survey & Demo
After a brief technical questionnaire, our sales personnel understand the different Trading styles and profiles of all traders of a particular Trading Room and propose a bundle matrix and a preliminary budget. Also a functional demo is shown so the potential Client may see the functioning platform in real time.
Configuration & Implementation
Once the PO is issued the connectivity solution is ordered from Telmex, then we double check that the Trading and Back Office profiles are complete, and start configuration of all Traders. Connectivity and configuration to the PBX is also performed in conjunction with the Client. Finally communication equipment is installed, all connectivity and profiles are reviewed
Testing & Training
Once you have enough knowledge start to test. Create various interfaces for multiple authorized users. A series of tests are performed to guarantee that all users are recording properly. Our tests do not interrupt ongoing operation of the Trading Room. Once all tests are approved by the Client the new recording system starts production with the Trading Room. All legacy systems are shut down at the Clients discretion.
